NON-DUAL AWAKENING programme in Croydon North, Melbourne (Australia).

The 90 minute Awakening programme usually starts with a guided meditation and a brief discourse unpacking an aspect of Non Dual understanding. Dialogue then naturally flows from responses to participant’s insights and questions. These interactive conversations are engaged with a warmth a deep respect. for whatever is arising.

The Awakening programmes are known for their good humour. Seeing through whatever is obscuring clarity is all that is necessary.
